You can place an order through our website’s Shop page, or get in touch via the Contact page, phone (07960909258), or email (naomibakeshome@gmail.com). For custom cakes, we recommend getting in touch directly so we can discuss your design.
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for standard cakes, and 4-6 weeks for wedding cakes or large celebration cakes. For cupcakes and smaller treats, 1 week notice is usually sufficient. Last-minute orders may be possible — just get in touch!
Yes, changes can be made up to 7 days before your collection/delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments. Changes within 7 days may not always be possible depending on ingredients already purchased.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due on collection or delivery. For wedding cakes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date.
